DancEast transforms the lives of dancers of all ages through our unique approach to dance education. By channeling the power of creativity, movement, and individuality, DancEast builds meaningful relationships with dancers and their families.

We provide innovative and proper instruction by experienced and highly educated staff, engage the community through workshops and performances, and provide an inclusive environment that fosters the spirit of learning.

 
 
 

DancEast School offers dance programming for dancers ages 2 to 18. Classes in our Children's and Youth Divisions run from August through May, culminating in an end-of-year showcase in May 2026.

Classes begin August 13, 2025.

Registration for 2025-2026

begins June 15th for returning families

Class Divisions

CHILDREN’S DIVISION

Ages 2 - 7

Classes for this age range are designed to spark children's interest in dance by encouraging creative exploration of movement and music. Dancers are introduced to basic dance concepts through age-appropriate instruction that builds listening and social skills, rhythm, spatial awareness, motor skills, and a lifelong love of movement and physical activity.

YOUTH DIVISION

Ages 8 - 18

These classes offer opportunities for dancers to build on fundamental dance knowledge and technique. Dancers explore a variety of genres of dance, work on gaining and improving technique, and develop their sense of artistry. Each class meets once weekly, and students are encouraged to register for more than one class, allowing them to grow in different dance genres.
